| To purchase content just click on purchase button You will then go to a screen with a "PayPal " button. Click it and you will go to PayPal to pay. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Just a debit or credit card. If you want to use a credit card do not use the PayPal login on the right of the payment screen. Look to the left where there are small credit card icons. Click there to enter your credit card info. PayPal acts as our merchant account and will process your card like any other transaction you would make on the web. IF YOU USE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO COVER THE CHARGE. IF THERE ARE NOT SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT THEN PAYPAL WILL ISSUE AN E-CHECK WHICH TAKES 3 DAYS TO CLEAR AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VIEW THE STREAM. If a pop up blocker asks to allow an Active-X control Allow it. You need this to run the stream. You need a download speed of at least 300Kbs to view the stream. You can check your speed at www.speedtest.net Turn off all firewalls and Anti-Virus programs. They can and will interfere with the stream. Make sure to update Windows Media Player to the latest version. You can do it here: Windows Media Player 11 Download If you have problems try to ask for help in the chat room that pops up with the viewer. We will have people there to help. |
After you have paid you will be directed to the shopping cart. If for some reason you are not click on the link on the main page that says : "RETURNING USER LOG IN" Enter your username and password. This will take you into the shopping cart. |
